  • Four Meetings with SJE Team - 
  • Ex: Concept (1hour), Design (1hour), Details (2hours) & Final Timeline Meeting (1hour)
  • Venue Site Walk (If located in Southern California) + Travel Fee
  • Timeline creation & virtual floor-plan design
  • Curated Vendor Research & referrals to our trusted vendors
  • Vendor Management & Vendor Communication to collect COI & send imperative instructions for load in/out, setup, layout & timeline

On your big day, our team will ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to enjoy every moment.

a few important notes

Finer Details & Add ons

  • Travel fees outside of 60 miles from Long Beach will apply 
  • 100 Miles might require an overnight hotel stay! 
  • Venue Visits require additional travel fee
  • Wedding Guest Count Over 200 Guests Will Require An Additional Assistant
  • AirBNB & Private Estate Weddings require 2 additional meetings at $175 each & venue visit. This is due to the amount of planning needed to review rentals, floor plan, vendors needed & estate requirements.
  • We also plan Bachelorette Partys, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Engagement Party, Proposal's & Corporate Events
